Current program version is 7.0.180126.
Please install the program file (Advantage.mde) using these steps:
- Close ProTracker and AutoSync (system tray,, right-click, exit app).
- Download / Save and Run this file:
If you are unable to get an update to the normal means of Help – Check for updates, then follow the steps below for clearing the cache in Internet Explorer. Please note that this process should be done in Internet Explorer even if Internet Explorer is not the default browser.
Clearing the cache
Here are the steps to delete all or individual sets of files.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- IE 8: From the Toolsmenu choose Internet Options.
IE 9-11: In the upper right corner, click the small gear icon (to the right of the star icon) and choose Internet Options
- On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
- Un-checkthe Preserve Favorites website data
- Checkthe Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History
- The Form data, Passwords, and inPrivate Filtering data boxes may be left un-checked. You can check them to delete this data if you so choose.
- Click Delete.
- When finished, click OKto return to your Internet Explorer window.
- Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.
