PROTRACKER SOFTWARE DATA RETENTION POLICY
Copies of contracts such as data conversion agreements and non-disclosure agreements are kept for 7 years.
Invoices, order history, licensing information, and other accounting-related information are kept indefinitely. Credit card numbers are held by ProTracker's ecommerce provider for the duration of your subscription. Credit card numbers given to a ProTracker employee are retained only long enough to complete the transaction.
Contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, and names of customer employees are kept indefinitely.
Notes created by ProTracker Software about a customer relationship are kept indefinitely.
Customer email is kept indefinitely unless it contains client personal information, in which case it is deleted 30 days after the conversation concludes.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT TICKETS
Support tickets are retained for three years after the resolution date unless the request includes client personal information in which case it is deleted 30 days after the ticket is closed.
Log files, screen shots, and other files used to resolve a support ticket are held for the life of the support ticket.
All files used to process a conversion including database files, documents, emails, and screenshots are deleted 60 days after customer acceptance of a completed conversion.
All data, including uploaded files as part of a Software as a Service offering such as ProTracker Cloud, are backed up daily with a 30-day retention. After a customer terminates a SaaS subscription, the data is retained for 90 days before being purged.
