ProTracker Cloud mobile browser enables access to the HTML view of ProTracker Cloud via mobile devices, e.g., iPhone, Android, and iPad, to perform various actions and manage records. Similar to the desktop ProTracker Cloud application, you will be able to access all records that are assigned to you, your teams, and your direct reports for various modules, e.g., Clients, Contacts, Meetings, etc. Note: The Calendar, Emails, Forecasts, Reports, and Target Lists modules are not available for the mobile browser.


Follow the instructions below to perform tasks such as creating, editing, and viewing records in ProTracker Cloud Mobile view.



Access ProTracker Cloud via Mobile Browser:                                               

  1. Be sure that you are enabled for Mobile OTP (One Time Password).
  2. On your mobile device, open a web supported browser such as IE, Chrome, Firefox, or IOS.
  3. Go to
  4. Enter your username and click Continue.
  5. Enter your password and click Continue.
  6. Open the DetectID token application on your mobile device.
  7. Enter your password and click Accept.
  8. Click the ProTracker Cloud link. This will produce a continuous generation of 6-number, one time passwords that will remain active for one minute each.
  9. Navigate back to the OTP sign-on screen in ProTracker Cloud. Enter your OTP and click Validate. Click Ok.

Navigate to a Module's Page:

Select the specific module from the Select a module dropdown menu and click Go.

Create a Contact:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts module by selecting Contacts in the Select a module dropdown menu. 
    Click Go.
  2. Click the Create button found beneath the Search form.
  3. Enter appropriate information for the fields in the Edit View Layout. Fields marked by an asterisk (*) are required and must be completed to save the record.
  4. Once the information is entered, click Save.

View a Record:

Access the record in one of the following ways:

  • List View
    1. Select the module from the Select a module dropdown menu and click Go. Use the Search form to enter a keyword in the searchable field to find the record you wish to view. 
    2. Click on the record's link in the search results List View.
    3. The record's detail view displays.
  • Detail View
    1. From the List View, or from anywhere in the mobile browser where you see the record's name as a link, click on the link. The Detail View displays and includes the Related Information subpanels.
  • Mobile Dashboard
    1. Click the record's link in the Today's Activities or Recently Viewed subpanels to view the record's Detail View.

View Currently Scheduled Activities:

Navigate to the Today's Activities section. You can access the record's detail view by clicking the record's name.

View Employees:

Click the Employee link at the bottom left of the page.

Edit a Record:

  1. Navigate to a record's detail view.
  2. Click the Edit button below the detail view fields.
  3. Update the necessary fields then click Save.

Add Related Information:

  1. Navigate to the record's detail view.
  2. Scroll to the Add Related Information section at the bottom of the detail view page. For example, select Calls from the dropdown list then click Add.
  3. Enter appropriate information for the fields in the edit view layout and click Save.
  4. The newly created record will appear within the Calls subpanel of the Related Information section.

Search for a Record:

  1. Navigate to the module's page of the record you wish to view. The Search form will display first.
  2. Enter a keyword in the searchable field and click Search. The relevant results will be displayed in the list view. Note: ProTracker appends the wildcard character (%) to the end of your search phrase. This allows the system to retrieve all records that start with the keyword entered. Users have the option to search only records assigned to them by selecting the My Items checkbox that appears below the search field(s).

See all Records:

  1. Navigate to the module's list view of the records you wish to view.
  2. Clear any values in the search form and then Click Search.  This performs a blank search with no filters. Please note that you will only be able to see records as allowed by your team membership.
