Program will not load, top menu drop-downs stop working or other unusual behavior

PROBLEM:

Program fails to open, top menu drop-down stop working or other unexplained display issues. 

SOLUTION:

Please re-install the program file (Advantage.mde) using these steps:

   1. Close ProTracker. 

   2. Download / Save and Run this file:

   http://www.protracker.com/Download/Updates/UpdateProTrackerAdvantageWorkstation.exe

 

For terminal server/ Citrix setups, either replace the program file per the steps above or copy the Advantage.mde file from another user's folder where the menu dropdowns are working.

 

This will install the latest program version. To re-install an earlier version of the program, select the update link from your current program version from the link below:

Program versions use date codes after the 6.0. If you don't know where to find your program version:  a) Check the Help>About ProTracker screen, or b) check your startup.log in C:\program files (x86)\ProTracker Advantage. Look for the version in the application line: For example, Application: ProTracker Advantage ® 6.0.140619.0909 (5.691) means you are running a 06-19-2014 version.
