Mary no longer works for the company. John has taken her place. How do I assign Mary's appointments and tasks to John?
Open the Operations Menu and select Employees. Use the Reassign Activities Assistant found on the upper-left corner of the screen to transfer the responsibility of scheduled Appointments and assigned Tasks in the future from one employee to another.
This function is also helpful if an employee will be away for a prolonged period of time, since you may enter a "stop date" for the reassignment of work, if you choose. It is also useful when you are changing responsibilities among your staff, as when a Client is reassigned to a different advisor.
