Editing Account Values

When Portfolio Values are imported into ProTracker Advantage from a Portfolio Manager, the value of each account is updated. For an individual account, a record of these updates can be viewed by selecting the Edit Account Values dialog in the Assistant area of the Account Details tab of the Client Account Screen.

For accounts whose values are not imported, the Edit Account Values dialog can be used to manually update the value of the account.

The record with the most recent date will be used to populate the Value and As of fields on the Account Detail screen, and may not be deleted. To delete any historical record in the list, highlight the record and press the Delete key.

Once you have account values, you may use the Net Worth Snapshot Process to record the Client's Net Worth over time . The snapshot process tallies all of the Account Values for a Client on a given date and makes a record of that total to drive the Net Worth Graph.
