Here is a tip for handling a scenario that is becoming increasingly common. More and more people are giving up their telephone land lines and using their mobile phones as their only phone.
Several Advantage reports include the Primary Phone. In order to be considered the Primary Phone, a phone number:
·Must be associated with the Primary Address, denoted by a green check mark in the Contact Profile’s Addresses section.
·Must be entered as a Phone, not a Mobile Phone, in the Communication Option dialog.
Thus, for people who have only a mobile phone, no number is listed in some reports.
Enter the mobile phone number in the Phone field, not in the Mobile Phone field. You can update the Display Label field with the word "Mobile" or "Cell":
