Pipeline Events

ProTracker Advantage uses the term Pipeline Event to refer to the steps taken by a firm to advance a prospect from initial inquiry to eventually signing the prospect as a client. Pipeline events added on the Contact Profile's Marketing tab are displayed on the Contact Profile'sActivities tab.

Initial meeting, initial inquiry, proposal, subsequent meeting - all of these steps should be documented as pipeline events. You can modify the list of available pipeline events by using the Pipeline Events Pick List, found by opening the Operations menu and selectingPipeline Events.
