With ProTracker Advantage, reassigning Tasks and Appointments from one employee to another is easy!
Open the Operations Menu and select Employees. Use the Reassign Work Assistant to transfer the responsibility of scheduled Appointments and assigned Tasks in the future from one employee to another.
This function is useful when an employee leaves the company or will be away for an extended length of time.
Use the Reassign Workflow/Task Library Assistant to transfer the ownership of Workflow processes and change the Action Person of Library Tasks.
