Advantage enables you to flag an address as a package address, but did you know that it also allows you to track a package sent to that address?
To add a package, open a Contact Profile or Client Profile, and double-click the address where the package is to be sent. On the Address Dialog click the Package Trackingsection's Add button, and fill in the information requested, including the Tracking Number and the Delivery Method (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL). Click Save and Close.
To track the package, right click the package’s record on the Package Tracking screen, and select Track this Package. If the Delivery Method is USPS, for example, the USPS web site will open and the Tracking Number will be copied to the web site’s screen in the Tracking Number field, allowing you to track the package.
