The left panel on every Advantage screen has an Assistant Area, a Reports List, and a Recent List.
- The Assistant Area has quick links to the most-common tasks for the current screen.
- Select a report on the Reports List to print a report using the information on the current screen.
- The Recent List, below the Reports List, displays the most-recently viewed Contact, Client or Group. Double-click one to return its profile.
Click on the minimize button at the top of the Reports List to display more options in the Assistant area when the list of options becomes too long to fit in the space allotted.
Click on the minimize button at the top of the Recent List to display more reports when the list of reports becomes too long to fit in the space allotted. For example, both the Client Profile screen and the Group Profile screen have hidden options and reports.
Note: The minimize button at the top of the Recent List also permits you to hide the Recent list so that clients in a conference room setting cannot view the names of other clients. You may also clear the list by clicking on the eraser icon.
